-You have worked several years in an accounting firm in Luxembourg.
-You are interested in setting up annual accounts and you can prepare balance sheets of commercial and/or soparfi companies.
-You have good knowledge in Luxembourg VAT legislation.
-You are able to work on various files simultaneously.
-You speak at least two out of the following three languages : French, English, German

-are fluent in German, English, French
-ideally have a degree in secretarial services and / or a solid experience
-are familiar with current office tools and secretarial tasks

-can manage several tasks simultaneously
-are flexible and have a good resilience level
-manage dictation and are quick in taking notes

The Mission
-You will work on a diversity of corporate files
-You will work with international clients
-You will contribute to creation, setup, and follow up of compliance procedures
-You will be working hand in hand with the Head of Compliance on a daily-basis
-Participating to the different risk assessments on the AML/KYC
-Maintaining of database of AML / KYC files via dedicated softwares
-Setting up and reviewing of AML / KYC client files.
The Profile
-Experience in the field
-A Bachelor degree in Law would be an asset
-Fluency in English and French with German as an asset
-Good understanding of AML/KYC and other compliance regulations
-Good organizational and communication skills
-Rigorous personality and good team spirit
-Good understanding of conventional IT programs
