Luxembourg is one of the last countries to offer bearer shares. Bearer share certificates must be held on deposit with a recognised depositary in accordance with the Law of 28 July 2014.
We offer depositary services and take care of the administrative tasks. FFF maintains a register of the company's bearer shares showing each shareholder, the number of shares held and transfers or divestitures and can issue, on request, a certificate of deposit for each of the company's shareholders.
